Rashmi Shukla not even named in FIR, quashing petition not maintainable: Mumbai Police to Bombay High Court

IPS officer Rashmi Shukla is not even named as an accused in the first information report (FIR) registered in connection with the alleged leaking of confidential information about police postings in the State, the Mumbai Police has told Bombay High Court (Rashmi Shukla v. State of Maharashtra & Ors.).
