The Rajasthan High Court is hearing the pleas filed by former Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Sachin Pilot and 18 other Congress MLAs challenging the notice issued against them by the Assembly Speaker last week asking them to explain why they should not be disqualified on grounds of defection.
Last week, the High Court had ordered the Speaker not to take any action on disqualification till July 21, 5.30 pm.
