Rajasthan High Court grants parole to convict after his wife expresses desire to have children
The Court observed that having conjugal relations for the purpose of creating progeny has an effect of normalizing the convict and also helps alter his behaviour.
The Rajasthan High Court on Tuesday granted a life convict 15 days' parole to conceive a child with his wife, reasoning that denial of the same would adversely affect her rights [Nand Lal v. State].
