Rajasthan government deprecates practice of junior advocates filling in on behalf of Additional Advocate Generals

The government said that AAGs are appointed in important matters where the interest of the State is at stake and personal appearance of AAGs must be ensured in all matters assigned to them.

The Rajasthan government issued a circular on Wednesday stating that the practice of junior advocates recording appearance on behalf of Additional Advocate General (AAG) in court must be deprecated.
