[Rabia Saifi Murder] Plea filed before Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking court monitored CBI probe
The petitioner, Saifi's father claimed that the murder was carried out as part of a larger conspiracy to suppress corruption involving civil defence personnel.
The father of Rabia Saifi, the 20-year-old Civil Defense volunteer with the Delhi government who was murdered, has approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking an independent court monitored probe into her murder by the Central Bureau of Investigation [Sameed Ahmad and Anr. v State of Haryana and Ors.].
