Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Association resolves to abstain from appearing before Justice Harminder Singh Madaan

While acting on the various complaints received from its members regarding the disrespect meted out to them in the Court of Justice Harminder Singh Madaan, the Punjab & Haryana High Court Bar Association has resolved to abstain from appearing the judge.
