Punishing teenagers for consensual sex not the objective of POCSO Act: Plea in Supreme Court challenges Madras High Court order

In its March 16 order, the High Court refused to take on record additional evidence by the complainant that the sexual relations in question were consensual and that she was in a live-in relationship with the petitioner.
