Public transport undertaking cannot unleash incompetent, unlicensed drivers upon public: Delhi High Court to DTC
DTC had failed to exercise reasonable care before employing an unlicensed bus driver, and thus could not be absolved of liability in the death of a man in 2011, the Court held.
