A Karnataka High Court bench comprising Chief Justice PB Varale and Justice Ashok S Kinagi on Friday recused from hearing a public interest litigation (PIL) petition filed by Congress MLA Priyank Kharge in connection with alleged irregularities in the conduct of the police sub-inspector (PSI) recruitment exam.
