Possibility of impersonation through AI in virtual hearings cannot be ruled out: Delhi High Court

The Court made the observation while asking a man living in Canada to approach the local High Commission before he is allowed to appear virtually in proceedings for registration of his marriage.

The Delhi High Court on Monday observed that with advancements in technology and the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the possibility of impersonation cannot be ruled out when one appears on video-conferencing before various authorities.
