Conducting raid does not amount to investigation; Police not expected to wait for Magistrate's permission to conduct raid: Karnataka High Court

It was observed by the Court that the raid was conducted after obtaining a search warrant from the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) under Section 81 of the Karnataka Police Act and the same was lawful.
