Lamenting the disruption in court proceedings on account of the unavailability of a lawyer, the Calcutta High Court recently asked why all cyber crime cases pertaining to the Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate were assigned to a single trial court lawyer (In Re: Abhay Tiwari).
