Plea in Delhi High Court challenges ASI refusal to permit Chhatrapati Shivaji birth anniversary celebration at Agra Fort

It was submitted that the petitioners and the people of Maharashtra are emotionally attached to the Agra Fort where Shivaji, along with seven of his sons, was kept captive by Mughal emperor Aurangzeb.
