Punjab & Haryana HC allows NEET aspirant to get benefit of Education Minister's tweet extending JEE application deadline (for now)

The Punjab & Haryana High Court recently granted a National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) aspirant interim relief by allowing him to take advantage of a deadline extension that was announced by Union Education Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhariyal on Twitter for JEE (Main) applicants (Abhay Mohan v. Union of India and others).
