Order quashing BCI, KSLU decision to hold physical exam for 5-year LLB course applies to 3-year LLB also: Karnataka High Court

On February 2, the Karnataka High Court had quashed a BCI circular as well as a press release issued by KSLU, mandating the conduct of offline exams for intermediate semester students of KSLU.

The Karnataka High Court has clarified that its earlier order quashing the Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) circular and Bar Council of India (BCI) decision to conduct end semester physical examination for 5-year LLB course shall be applicable to the 3-year LLB course as well as 5-year LLB (Hons.) course.
