Not befitting civilised society: Delhi High Court objects to Islamic religious structures on public road
A bench led by Acting Chief Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Navin Chawla issued notice in the plea seeking action against erection of 'Mazar' on public roads in Bhajanpura and opposite Hassanpur Depot, Delhi.
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday took exception to illegal encroachments in the form of Mazars (Islamic religious structures) on public roads in Bhajanpura area in the national capital [SD Windlesh v. Government of NCT Delhi & Ors.].
