Not all offences under Essential Commodities Act are bailable: Madhya Pradesh High Court

The Court said that it is necessary to check whether the offence is bailable or non-bailable, as provided under Section 7 of the Act, to determine if an accused can be granted anticipatory bail under Section 438 of CrPC.
