No officer can be terminated without investigation or without giving the concerned person an opportunity to be heard, the Delhi High Court said on Tuesday while dismissing a public interest litigation (PIL) petition demanding a probe by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into alleged corruption at several public sector units (PSUs).
