The Supreme Court Bench of Justices Deepak Gupta and Aniruddha Bose has held three lawyers, Vijay Kurle, Rashid Khan Pathan and Nilesh Ojha guilty of contempt for making “scandalous and scurrilous” allegations against judges of the Supreme Court.
