Nizamuddin Markaz mosque could be made operational in view of Ramzan subject to social distancing norms: Centre tells Delhi High Court

The opening, Central government said, shall be subject to the guidelines issued to maintain social distancing in the wake of rising COVID-19 cases in the national capital.

The Central government on Monday told the Delhi High Court that the Nizamuddin Markaz mosque could be made operational for the devotees to offer prayers considering the fact that the month of Ramzan is set to begin from April 14 (Delhi Waqf Board vs UOI & ors).
