Three-Judge Bench of Justices R Banumathi, Ashok Bhushan and AS Bopanna to shortly assemble to hear Centre's appeal against Delhi HC order holding that that convicts could not be executed separately.

Advocate Vrinda Grover, for convict Mukesh, informs the Court about the applications by Tihar Jail and Nirbhaya's parents seeking a date for execution of death warrant. Grover adds that Advocate AP Singh was no longer counsel for convict convict Pawan.

Grover reads the order passed by ASJ Dharmender Rana yesterday.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta states that it was not anticipated that the lawyer would change.

Advocate AP Singh states that he is appearing for convicts Vinay and Akshay.
