NCLT Benches re-constituted to hold regular virtual hearings from December 1 [Read Order]

All benches of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) have been re-constituted to hold regular hearings through video conference with effect from December 1, 2020.

An order to this effect was passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench today.

The re-constituted Benches shall hear matters falling under their respective jurisdiction as they were hearing them before March 23, 2020.

All matters including matters pending before the lockdown and filed during the lockdown shall be heard regularly on all working days.

The Benches shall sit as per Rule 9 of NCLT Rules, 2016 in the following manner :
