A Mumbai court on Friday allowed Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Nawab Malik to avail treatment at a private hospital. .Special Judge RN Rokade under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) refused to grant temporary medical bail to Malik but allowed him to get treated at private hospital.The Court also permitted one of Malik's daughters to remain present during the treatment.
