Mumbai court issues process against NCP leader Nawab Malik in defamation complaint by BJP leader Mohit Bharatiya

Bharatiya complained that Malik had made false statements against him and family members by alleging that NCB had not pursued the case against Bharatiya's brother- in-law only because of BJP's influence.
