[MLA poaching case] Telangana High Court grants SIT permission to issue fresh notice to BJP's BL Santhosh, stay on arrest to continue

The Telangana High Court on Wednesday allowed the Special Investigation Team (SIT), probing the alleged role of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) leaders' attempt to poach MLAs of the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi party (TRS), to issue a fresh notice to BJP National General Secretary BL Santhosh.
