Before the court, she suspected the involvement of one Babloo. .After issuance of notice, Sulekha was traced by the Delhi Police. She was subsequently produced before the court through video conferencing. .The girl informed the court that she had gone with Babloo on her own free will and accord and had, in fact, married him..A status report was submitted be the Delhi Police in the case stating that the above statement had been recorded under Section 164 CrPC..The Delhi Police further informed the court that as on the date the girl allegedly went missing, she was a major. . In view of the above, the court ordered, ."Aforesaid being the position, Sulekha is free to reside wherever she wishes and with whosoever she wishes, she being a major. We, therefore, direct that Sulekha may be permitted to reside with respondent no.3 – Babloo.".While ensuring that both Sulekha and Babloo get help from police officials in case of need, the court added, ."The police authorities shall also counsel the petitioner and the parents of Sulekha not to take law into their hands or threaten either Sulekha or Babloo.
