The Bombay High Court on Thursday directed the Maharashtra government to ensure that the residents of Kambe village in Thane district, Maharashtra get water through tankers on the eve of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival (Shobha Vikas Bhoi & Ors v. State of Maharashtra & Ors).
