The Madras High Court on Wednesday restrained CTR Nirmal Kumar, who recently quit the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to join the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK), from making unsubstantiated allegations of corruption or related defamatory remarks against DMK leader and State Electricity Minister Senthil Balaji [V Senthil Balaji v. Nirmal Kumar and others].
