Madras High Court constitutes committee to check if roster system for reservation was followed for Civil Judge recruitment in 2003, 2009, 2012

The Madras High Court on Thursday directed the constitution of a committee to examine whether Civil Judge recruitment in 2003, 2009, and 2012, and seniority lists prepared on their basis, have adhered to the 200-point roster-based, reservation system applicable in Tamil Nadu for filling such vacancies (M Vasudevan v. The Registrar General and 194 ors).
