The Madras High Court on Tuesday closed proceedings in the Habeas Corpus Petition (HCP) filed by S Megala, wife of Tamil Nadu minister, V Senthil Balaji, challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the cash for jobs money laundering case.
