Madhya Pradesh High Court sentences man to 10 days in jail for making reckless allegations against judge

The accused had lodged a complaint before the High Court levelling allegations of corruption against a judicial officer. The words used by the accused in the complaint amounted to criminal contempt, the High Court held.
