"Inadvertent mistake": Madhya Pradesh High Court modifies judgment that said rape convict was "kind enough" to leave survivor alive
The Court said that the observation was an inadvertent mistake as the judgment itself had, at another place, observed that the act of the appellant was demonic.

The Madhya Pradesh High Court last week expunged the recent observation made by it in a controversial order in which it had said that a rape convict was "kind enough" to leave the survivor alive without taking her life.
