Madhya Pradesh High Court orders man to plant 10 saplings as bail condition

The Court said that accused shall submit photographs by downloading the mobile application (NISARG App) prepared at the instance of High Court for monitoring the plantation through satellite / Geo-tagging / Geo-fencing.

The Madhya Pradesh High Court on Friday directed an accused person to plant ten saplings as condition for bail and also ordered him to submit monthly status reports monitoring their growth for the next three years [Edal Singh v. State of Madhya Pradesh].
