Lawyers perform public service; release Advocates’ Welfare Fund money: Madras High Court to State

A bench of Justice SM Subramaniam and C Kumarappan said that the government must ensure that money towards the State Lawyers’ Welfare Fund is allocated and disbursed within a stipulated time period each year.
