[Thanjavur suicide case] NCPCR allowed to submit docs in sealed cover to Supreme Court

The top court was hearing an application filed by NCPCR in the plea by the State of Tamil Nadu challenging a Madras High Court order which transferred the alleged forceful conversion and suicide case to the CBI.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday allowed the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) to submit documents in a sealed cover in an Interlocutory Application (IA) filed by it in the Lavanya suicide case from Tamil Nadu's Thanjavur.
