Justice Shampa Sarkar of Calcutta High Court to hear Election Petition filed by Mamata Banerjee against Suvendu Adhikari's victory from Nandigram

The case was assigned to Justice Sarkar by Acting Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal after Justice Kausik Chanda, to whom the case was first assigned, had recused from the matter.
