Justice Prathiba Singh recuses from hearing plea by AAP leader Vijay Nair against media leaks in excise policy case

Justice Prathiba M Singh of the Delhi High Court on Tuesday recused from hearing the plea filed by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Vijay Nair to restrain the media from reporting sensitive information related to the Delhi Excise Policy scam case, allegedly leaked by investigating agencies.
