Justice Prathiba M Singh of Delhi High Court recuses from hearing plea by start-ups against Google's new in-app billing policy

Delhi High Court judge Justice Prathiba M Singh on Wednesday recused from hearing a plea filed by a group of tech start-ups seeking a direction to Google to keep its new in-app billing fee system in abeyance till the Competition Commission of India (CCI) completes its investigation into the tech giant’s alleged non-compliance with its orders.
