Judges shouldn't proclaim they are law-makers for exhibition of judicial valor: Jammu & Kashmir High Court

While granting bail to juveniles in conflict with the law for their alleged involvement in a murder case, the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh recently observed that judges should not proclaim they are playing the role of law-makers merely for the exhibition of judicial valour (Zubair Ahmad Teli & Anr. v Union Territory of J&K & Anr.).
