The Supreme Court on Wednesday sought the response of the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority to the appeal filed by Adani Ports challenging a judgment of the Bombay High Court, which had imposed costs of ₹5 lakh while dismissing its plea challenging the disqualification of its bid in connection with a tender for upgradation of the port's container terminal in Navi Mumbai [Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited v. Board of Trustees of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority & Ors.]
