The accused persons present in the court are heard on bail. Considering the fact that they were not arrested during the investigation, they are admitted to bail on furnishing of PB (personal bond) and SB (surety bond) in the sum of ₹25,000,” the order said..Co-accused Sharjeel Imam was stated to be absent during the hearing. He is stated to be in JC (judicial custody) in some other case, the Court noted.“Issue warrants of production of accused Sharjeel Imam for the next date of hearing.
