The Supreme Court on Tuesday appointed Senior Advocates Jaideep Gupta and Meenakshi Arora as Amicus Curiae in the suo motu case registered by the Court to examine issues relating to COVID-19 management in the country. .Gupta and Arora replace Senior Counsel Harish Salve who had recused from the case last week after objections were raised by Bar members regarding his appointment as Amicus Curiae.
