The Delhi High Court today granted time to Twitter India to disclose when it would appoint a Resident Grievance Officer under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (IT Rules, 2021). [Amit Acharya v. Union of India & Ors].
