Interim orders passed by Calcutta HC, subordinate courts extended till November 30 [Read Order]

The Calcutta High Court on Friday extended the operation of all interim orders of the High Court and subordinate courts in West Bengal until November 30.

To this end, a Full Bench of the High Court has extended previous orders for the extension of interim orders in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
