Ikigai management dispute: NCLT orders status quo; seeks response in plea moved by former HR head

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) at Delhi has ordered status quo to be maintained on the shareholding and assets of Ikigai Business Consulting till it hears the plea filed by the firm's former Human Resources and Operations Head Surbhi Goel claiming that she was ousted from her position [Mrs Surbhi Goel v. M/s IKIGAI Business Consulting Pvt Ltd].
