Human liberty is sacrosanct: Calcutta High Court reaffirms bail to accused after its order was set aside by Supreme Court

While considering gravity of the offence as a factor for determining grant of bail, the court does not have to adjudicate on the elements of the crime and find out its extent, the Bench held.
