Gujarat High Court seeks Central govt response to plea for establishment of NCLAT bench at Ahmedabad

The Gujarat High Court on Wednesday issued notice to the Central government on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petition seeking establishment of a bench of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) at Ahmedabad, in accordance with Apex Court's decision in a 2019 case.
