Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations: Bombay High Court rejects PIL seeking rules for safety of people, uniform method to make Ganpati idols
A bench of Acting Chief Justice SV Gangapurwala and Justice Sandeep Marne said that a co-ordinate bench of the High Court had in 2016 refused to grant relief in a PIL filed by the same petitioner seeking similar reliefs.
