Former Kerala High Court Chief Justice S Manikumar to be new Chairperson of State Human Right Commission

The decision was taken by a three-member selection panel comprising Chief Minister S Manikumar, Leader of Opposition VD Satheesan, and Speaker of Kerala Assembly AN Shamseer. Satheesan opposed the decision.
