Facebook approaches Bombay High Court against consumer commission order over non-delivery of product

The Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court stayed an order of the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Gondia, which directed Facebook India to pay an amount of ₹599 towards an alleged undelivered product and ₹25000 for costs towards mental agony.
